Whether you build innovative platforms or applications, organize events, or develop or renew entire brand identies, they become your baby – at least to me. And to make sure that it all works out according to plan, it’s no use to just launch and put them out there, you need to get everyone on the same page and to hop on that train to success. In my experience that developing tailored training and workshops to onboard team members and stakeholders to any project contributes enormously to the success of any transformation or development within an organization. And to me, there’s nothing quite like seeing your own enthusiasm rub off on others!
